METHOD OF USE: Prepare a small pail or personal pedicure system with lukewarm water. Optionally, you may use boiling water and let it cool to a comfortable temperature for soaking feet. Dissolve one to two cups of Epsom salt into the water and gently stir with feet. Massage the salt granules onto sore or aching regions for better absorption. Relax and soak in the salt bath until the water cools. For extended soaking, add a few cups of hot water and mix well.
